As you may have guessed by now, we’re not your typical campground. Let us help you choose the perfect site for your vacation. We know that families and camping set-ups come in every size and shape imaginable. Somewhere within these 40 oceanfront acres there’s a perfect place for you…we can accommodate the very largest of RV’s and the very smallest tents…and ‘most everything in between. Every site has a fire ring and a picnic table…some are shady, some are sunny. Which do you prefer?

All rates are per site and subject to tax and service fees.
What’s included
All RV sites include 30 or 50 amp electric service and water. There are no sewer hookups. A honey wagon is available, with one free pump-out per week for weekly or longer stays. Additional pump-outs are available for a fee. Free hot showers and the dump station are included with your stay.
Reservations & deposits
A deposit of 50% of the total stay is required to hold a reservation.
Holiday stays must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due at registration.
Payment methods
During the camping season, we accept major credit cards. When the campground is closed, deposits are accepted by check. Checks must be received within 10 days to secure your reservation.
We also accept PayPal payments by request. Please include the reservation name with your payment.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least fourteen days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be refunded, less a one-night stay.
Cancellations made fewer than fourteen days in advance are non-refundable but may be re-scheduled within two years.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival date will not be refunded or rescheduled.
If you make your reservation in the year prior to the one your camping in, your deposit is non-refundable but may be shifted to another stay within 2 years; keeping or increasing the number of nights in your original reservation.
Guests, site limits & extra units
Site fees include one RV or tent, two adults, up to three children under age 17 and a well behaved pet according to pet policies.
Additional guests sleeping in your camper or tent are subject to a nightly fee.
Any additional sleeping units must be approved in advance of arrival.
Trailers & storage
Utility and boat trailers are not permitted on campsites. Free storage is available in the overflow parking area.
