Hank’s Meatballs
Last week we were all about the Armenian Food at the picnic, this Sunday we’ll be enjoying meatballs in the garden…how lucky are we? These days our conversations seem to fall back onto discussions of how much we love meatballs, homemade Italian bread and why Hank calls his tomato sauce “gravy.” On Sunday we’ll be hosting Hank’s 4th annual Sunday Italian Family Dinner…and we’d like to invite you to join us in the garden at 1:00.

Hank and his wife Cheryl are fabulous cooks and have always been supporters of the campground and of Fiber College. In a gesture of extreme generosity, they spend days cooking so that we can raise funds for the Fiber College programs focused on bringing artist teachers and enthusiasts together in an outdoor setting.

The complete dinner is a bargain at $50 and when you purchase tickets, 100% of the profits will be divided among our teaching artists of the inaugural Fiber College Open Studios this Labor Day Weekend…it’s a win-win-win!

We hope to see you on Sunday…dinner is available to camping guests and those who are just coming in for the afternoon.
