Walk’in the Beach
Assuming the weather isn’t ghastly, I walk the beach almost everyday for at least an hour because I’m so much easier to get along with when I’ve had some fresh air and perspective ;).
This series of sequential photographs is what I see between the campground and Searsport Harbor. You can see that it’s a pretty easy walk over cobblestones and gravely beach. I’d say that about 50% of the houses are lived in year round and the other 50% have inhabitants only during the summer months…they miss so much!

Still at the campground, just starting towards Searsport Harbor...see, we have a rare patch of sandy!

The first "housing development"...6 big houses in a circle

A tanker waiting in the harbor until the tide rises

This one's really friendly looking, with a deep porch and gabled windows

The only mansion along the way

The mansion's dock...see how much the tide rises?

So typically New England...and the last house on the tour
