Dad’s doing great!

If you were reading this blog in December, you know that we were caught by surprise by Zaven’s un-planned, un-anticipated heart attack.  Let this be a warning to everyone…his cholesterol levels and his blood pressure had always been textbook low…but when he got to the hospital he needed an immediate stent and there was question of needing at least two others.

Well, when he was released from the hospital, he started exercising slowly, followed his doctors’ advice, and lost 15 pounds by changing his diet.  This Monday the Cardiologist gave him the wonderful news that he’s healthy enough not to even need another check up until he returns to Sarasota in November…hooray Dad!
