The Lady Slippers are Blooming

When you come to visit, of course we want you to spend time on the beach here at the campground. But also consider hiking, kayaking or canoing on the little ponds and lakes that stud our landscape here in Mid-Coast Maine.

The other day we were hiking around tiny Knight’s pond and found this lovely grove of lady slippers…and it’s a perfect place for a quiet kayak too.
