This is the annual retreat of the New England Textile Artists Association…400-600 mostly women take over the town of Freeport for a weekend of knitting, spinning, weaving and talking…and drinking and eating and laughing… So I’ll be back to answer the phones and e-mails on Monday, Bye!

We lost power on Sunday and didn’t get it back until late Tuesday night. When I wasn’t panicking concerned about people not being able to reach us by phone or internet, I was enjoying myself by the fire with knitting in hand…losing power is sort of like a gift from the Gods…”it’s outta your hands…
